Every iron Karahi is fired to order with farm-fresh Roma tomatoes, coarse black pepper, and whole ginger slices. Our kababs are hand-minced daily, massaged with wild sumac, pomegranate seeds, and mountain coriander, then charred over glowing white charcoal.
